All prices listed in the table below are calculated for a duration of 7 days. During the high season, stays are from Saturday to Saturday. In the low season, stays have a minimum duration of 6 days and may start on any day of the week. The rental amount of a day is 1/7 of the listed price in the table.

In some weeks (Christmas, January and February) the indicated price is for the whole house and independent of the number of guests.

For other the weeks the prices are applicable for a group of up to 8 people. An additional charge will be incurred for each extra person beyond the initial 8, as specified in the table below.

The cheapest way to book our chalet is to rent it directly from us. In the rental contract you will find our bank account details (IBAN & BIC) where you can transfer the rental amount. In the table below you will find the current rental prices. You can contact us via the 'Contact' page or send us an email directly to chaletstuhlfelden@gmail.com.

You can also book our Chalet on 'Micazu' for the same prices that are listed below. There you have the option to pay online. However, online payment will cost you an additional 3.6% commission of the total rental amount. These are the costs that Micazu itself charges us for online payment.

You can also find and book our chalet on VRBO (Homeaway), Airbnb or Booking.com. Depending on the booking platform, the rental amount is at least 17% higher than the prices listed on our page below. This is because they charge us as owners and you as a tenant extra costs, such as 'Service costs', 'Rent commission' and 'online payment service'. The total costs can amount to 24% of the rental price.

Additional charges:
- Deposit (500 euros), the deposit will be refunded within 7 days after your departure minus costs for defects

After booking we will send you the rental agreement. Only after receiving the signed rental agreement and the deposit, the reservation is final!

Payment
- 30% of the rent (including deposit) when booking
- 70% no later than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period

​

When booking within 8 weeks before rental date, you must immediately pay the entire rent, including deposit.

​

Cancellation: Please arrange a cancellation insurance. This gives you the option to cancel your trip in case of unforeseen circumstances.
