The cheapest way to book our chalet is to rent it directly from us. In the rental contract you will find our bank account details (IBAN & BIC) where you can transfer the rental amount. In the table below you will find the current rental prices. You can contact us via the 'Contact' page or send us an email directly to chaletstuhlfelden@gmail.com.

On 'Micazu' you can book our chalet for the same prices that are stated below. There you have the option to pay online. However, online payment will cost you 3.6% commission of the total rental amount. This are the costs that Micazu itself charges for online payment.

You can also find and book our chalet on VRBO (Homeaway) & partners or Tripadvisor. Depending on the company, you will notice that the rental amount is at least 13% higher compared to the prices listed on our page below. This is because these companies charge us as owners and/or you as a tenant additional costs, such as 'Service costs', 'Rental commission' and 'online payment service'. The total costs at VRBO and Tripadvisor amount to 16-18% of the total rental price.

A stay in high season is from Saturday to Saturday

Check-in on Saturday from 17.00
Check-out on Saturday before 09.00

Please note that pets and indoor smoking are not allowed!
 

Costs Included: 
- Heat, warmwater and electricity

- Bed linen
- Towels (1 bath towel, 1 bath towel and 2 washcloths per person)
- Kitchen linen
- Beds made on arrival 
- Tourist tax (2.0 euros p.p.p.d over 14)
- Final cleaning
- Use of sauna
- WiFi (200Mbps)
- A child's bed
- A high chair

Additional charges:
- Deposit (500 euros), the deposit will be refunded within 7 days after your departure minus costs for defects

- For charging an electrical car, please contact us.

After booking we will send you the rental agreement. Only after receiving the signed rental agreement and the deposit, the reservation is final!

Payment
- 30% of the rent (including deposit) when booking
- 70% no later than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period

​

When booking within 8 weeks before rental date, you must immediately pay the entire rent, including deposit.

​

Cancellation: Please arrange a cancellation insurance. This gives you the option to cancel your trip in case of unforeseen circumstances.
